Diseño de recipiente para baños de asiento

Las hemorroides son varices o inflamaciones de las venas en el recto y el ano. Estas generan normalmente sensación de ardor en el recto, comezón, humedad anal constante, dolor, sangrado al evacuar (aunque no siempre sangra), manchado de la ropa interior, y sensación de salida de alguna protuberancia por el recto.
Como ya conocimos en análisis anteriores, los baños de asiento son un tratamiento muy recomendado para aliviar estos padecimientos. La necesidad latente de dotar al servicio de salud cubano de un medio para que sus pacientes realicen el tratamiento de forma fácil y confortable, constituye el tema del siguiente trabajo.
La estrategia sería hacer el tratamiento más confortable para usuarios de la tercera edad. Como premisas, se pretende: Inspirar el diseño en modos de uso convencionales de un asiento. Optimizar el funcionamiento para reducir la complejidad de las acciones de uso. Se plantea que sea compatible con varios soportes que comunmente se tienen en el hogar, así el resultado será más fácil de producir, transportar y almacenar, a la vez que acomoda a la mayoría de usuarios.

In addition, its compatibility with various supports guarantees that this product is available to most users.

El baño ha sido elegido como el contexto más adecuado para el uso del producto. Esta habitación es la más común para actividades que requieren de cierta intimidad individual. Posee accesos a agua fría y/o caliente en dependencia de la disponibilidad o no de algún sistema de calefacción. Aunque el baño es un ambiente relativamente agresivo para muchos materiales, el polipropileno, tiene gran resistencia contra diversos solventes químicos, así como contra álcalis y ácidos. Su composición permite que se logren superficies muy lisas y brillantes que sumadas al carácter inocuo del material lo hacen efectivo para estar en contacto con usuarios con una piel frágil e irritable, además de las facilidades que sugiere todo esto para la higienización del producto.
El producto es compatible con la taza del inodoro y otros asientos terapéuticos como sillas regulables con cavidades para almacenar deshechos de las necesidades biológicas del usuario. Esta compatibilidad resulta conveniente, ya que se resuelve de forma higiénica la evacuación de excesos de agua. El producto depende de alguno de estos soportes para funcionar, esto no supone un problema ya que se estima que la mayoría de los usuarios poseen acceso a un servicio sanitario compatible (inodoro). Siendo una forma tan austera y ligera, se facilita y simplifica su producción, almacenamiento y transportación, siendo consecuentes con la frecuencia de uso que tendría el producto: de 3 a 6 veces al día, durante 20 minutos cada una, a lo largo de varios días según la persistencia de la crisis.
Aunque algunos referentes conciben el tratamiento mediante una inmersión parcial de una buena parte del cuerpo, sólo se necesita que el agua entre en contacto con las lesiones en el ano del paciente, por lo que se necesita menos agua. En caso de que el usuario deba transportar el agua caliente hacia el asiento, será menor el esfuerzo y el riesgo a accidentes o quemaduras.
Luego de investigar las potencialidades tecnológicas de las industrias en Cuba. Se concibe al producto para ser elaborado por medio de rotomoldeo, esta técnica es relativamente más asequible. Sus requisitos técnicos son coherentes con formas voluminosas, con cantos muy suaves y superficies continuas, acorde con los requisitos ergonómicos detectados durante análisis anteriores.
La adquisición de este producto sería regulada por las empresas dedicadas a la comercialización subsidiada de implementos médicos. De esta forma se garantiza un nivel de producción acorde con la demanda de los pacientes, saciando las necesidades existentes en la población sin reportar costos adicionales o precios muy altos.

If the user must transport the hot water to the seat, there is less effort and risk to accidents or burns.
After investigating the technological potential of the Cuba industries. The product is conceived to be made by rotational molding, this technique is relatively more affordable. Its technical requirements are consistent with bulky shapes, with very smooth edges and continuous surfaces, in accordance with the ergonomic requirements detected during previous analyzes.
The acquisition of this product would be regulated by national companies dedicated to subsidized sells of medical supplies. At this way it can be guaranteed a level of production in accordance with the demand of the patients, satisfying the existing needs in the population without reporting additional costs or very high prices.
